I am a hands on practitioner with 13+ years experience in the field of energy work. 

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that supports balance within the body, mind, and spirit. Working with universal life force energy, Reiki reaches beyond the physical-helping to release energetic blockages, calm the nervous system, and restore a natural state of harmony.

In each session, you are held in a deeply restful, sacred space where your system can soften and receive. Energy is intuitively guided to where it is most needed, allowing for emotional release, energetic alignment, and reconnection with your body and your inner truth.

As a Reiki Master, Blue Star Master, and Karuna Reiki practitioner, I offer a heart-centered and intuitive approach, with each session uniquely guided by your energy. My approach and setting may also be considered shamanic. I facilitate with intention, compassion, and love.

I also weave in sound healing using crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, chimes, and shakers to deepen the experience, clear stagnant energy, and support deeper states of relaxation and awareness.

This work is an invitation to return to yourself-to realign, restore, and remember your wholeness.

This is a sacred, energetic healing experience held in reverence and presence-an invitation into the liminal space between worlds, where the seen and unseen meet.

Within a carefully held ceremonial field, two low doses of Bufo 5-MeO-DMT are offered. This is a space of surrender and remembrance-where the veil thins, and you are invited to meet yourself beyond story, beyond form, beyond time.

Reiki is offered as a current of intelligent life force, flowing where it is most needed, guided not by will but by listening. The body is honored as a temple of memory and mystery, gently unwinding what is ready to be released, and awakening what has long been waiting beneath the surface.

Each session is unique, guided by the unseen intelligence that moves through all living things.

Breathwork is a powerful way to access your body's innate intelligence to heal itself. Our breath, or prana, is literally what keeps us alive. On a day to day, we spend most of our time in a shallow breathing practice. We also tend to hold our breath a lot more than we realize. Deep rhythmic intentional breathing can move us out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn mode and into a thrive state

by accessing and regulating our parasympathetic nervous system. When regulated, our P.N.S supports stress reduction, feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Intentional breathing also supports the release of trauma, fear, anger, and mental, physical, and emotional blocks within the body. Breathwork can also create a powerful space for self exploration, spiritual awakening, and a deeper connection to yourself, others, and the Universe.

Plant and earth-based medicines have been used for generations across cultures as tools for healing, insight, and deep reconnection. When approached with intention, respect, and proper support, they can open pathways to greater self-awareness, emotional release, and a renewed sense of connection to self, nature, and something greater.

These medicines are not a quick fix or an escape. Rather, they often invite us to meet ourselves more honestly. They can illuminate patterns, soften protective layers, and create space for profound clarity, compassion, and transformation.

I have been working with our plant and earth-based allies on a personal level for 5 plus years. My own experiences with these medicines have been deeply humbling and meaningful. They have supported me in reconnecting with my body, navigating difficult emotional terrain, and remembering a sense of wholeness that can be easy to lose in everyday life.

While I am not in service to all of these allies, I am in service to some and have been for 4 plus years.

Yoni steaming is a powerful and ancient self-care and self-love practice used by women worldwide to support deep wellness, women's wisdom, herbal medicine, and feminine power. Yoni steams are a holistic practice in which a woman allows the warmth of the herbal steam to gently permeate the exterior and interior of her vagina.

Yoni steaming is a very symbolic and powerful practice that aides women in womb wound healing. Womb wounds can be caused from losing a child, not being able to carry a child, sexual violation, past sexual partners, and ancestral trauma passed down.

I use a beautiful blend of herbs consisting of Calendula Flower, Motherwort, Mugwort, Plantain, Red Raspberry, Rosemary, Red Rose Petal, and Yarrow.  

I also offer energy work and sound therapy in these sessions.
